What we collect. When you request a demo, start a trial, ask for a guide, take the assessment, subscribe to The Seam or use the chat, we collect what you type — typically your name, work email, company, role, phone number if you choose to give it, and your answers. Our pages also record standard visit data (pages viewed, referrer, campaign parameters, approximate location from your IP address) through first-party page events and Google Analytics.
Why. To send you what you asked for, to follow up about Guardian Plus, to schedule the calls you book, to improve this site, and — if you consented — to text you about your request. We do not sell your data.
Email and text messages. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link and our postal address. Text messages are sent only with your consent; reply STOP to end them. Transactional messages (a booking confirmation, a reset link) are sent as needed.
Who processes it. This site runs on a platform we operate; email is delivered through Mailgun; text messages, when enabled, through Twilio; bookings are written to a Google calendar; analytics through Google Analytics. Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms.
How long. Contact records are kept while we have a business reason to keep them and for a reasonable period afterwards; you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices. Unsubscribe from any email, reply STOP to any text, or write to support@guardianplus.ai to access, correct or delete what we hold about you. Cookie controls are in your browser; the site works without cookies apart from the ones that keep a form or a chat session going.
Changes. We will post any change here with a new date.
